MyTrust is the first AOS MyBank service that can be used for all banks participating in the MyBank service, the pan-European e-authorisation solution.
This is a rating service created, designed and developed entirely by CWBI, useful to end users (buyers, merchants) and banks in their Validation Service and Routing Service roles, which will gain value and importance to the extent that the banks will be able to offer it to the customers.
MyTrust was created with the aim of offering buyers information on the merchants’ reputation during the purchase phase, by using the “social” channel.
With this solution, the merchants can check directly the customer satisfaction through data collected by a safe channel such as that of the banks.
MyTrust helps the merchant prevent losses and strengthen customer retention thanks to an information service provided by its own bank that exposes the MyTrust service through its own channels.
